• Dr Sarat Kumar Sahu, VAS, Nandankanan Zoological Park, participated in workshop conducted at Mysore Zoo on theme “Recent trends in captive wild animal management” conducted from 7th January, 2019 to 9th January, 2019.
• Dr Alok Kumar Das, SVO attended a field course on “Interventions in Wild Animal Health” from 27th January, 2019 to 15th February 2019 at Sariska tiger reserve, Rajasthan conducted by WII, Dehradun.
• Capacity Building programme of 70 numbers of Group-D staffs was organized in the month of February 2019.
• Sri Jayant Kumar Das, Deputy Director, Nandankanan Zoological Park attended a workshop on Vulture Conservation & Reintroduction Programme held at Chalsa, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal from 22nd to 24th February 2019.
• Dr Alok Kumar Das, SVO, Nandankanan Zoological Park and Dr Sudipta Kumar Panda, Range office, Sanctuary Range, Nandankanan Zoological Park has attended a workshop on “International Seminar on Elephant Endotheliotropic Herpes Virus (EEHV), from 28th to 30th November, 2019 held at Assam Agricultural University, Khanapara, Guwahati.
