Ticket Reschedule Policy

Visitors can only change the ticket booking date to reschedule.
No cancellation or refund is allowed on Tickets issued from our online ticketing interface.
Ticket once booked, only date can be modified.
Ticket Rescheduling system is only applicable for Nandankanan Zoo entry and Botanical garden entry. It is not applicable for Pindi booking and Guest house booking.
